It’s no wonder the aged care sector is set to be the latest industry to undergo the royal commission treatment.
But is there anything the genuine providers in the industry can do to win back the trust of the population?
“Yes,” says consultant Shelley Thomson. “There are a lot of things that aged care providers can do (or stop doing) to make client’s lives better.”
